Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to equipment hire bookings with JAG RENT PTY LTD (ABN 70 695 597 856). It operates together with our Terms and Conditions of Hire (the Hire Agreement), which every customer agrees to before taking possession of equipment.

How to cancel a booking

Contact us as early as possible:

Please include your booking reference, name, and hire date.

Changes to a booking

If you need to change your hire dates, contact us and we will accommodate the change where equipment availability allows.

Cancellation and termination

Cancellation, termination, early returns, and any amounts payable or refundable are governed by the Hire Agreement, including its minimum hire period provisions. Each booking is confirmed with an itemised booking confirmation and tax invoice before payment.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy or the Hire Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
