JAG RENT — Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Hire Period
All hire rates are quoted per day (24-hour period) unless otherwise stated. Minimum hire period is 1 day. Equipment must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns will incur an additional full-day hire charge.
2. Payment & Deposit
Payment is required in full prior to hire commencement. A security deposit may be required for high-value equipment. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer. Trade account holders may be invoiced on agreed terms.
3. Delivery & Collection
Free delivery and collection is available within our standard delivery zone (Silverdale and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs). Delivery fees apply outside this zone. Delivery times will be confirmed at time of booking.
4. Condition of Equipment
Equipment is provided clean and in full working order. The hirer is responsible for returning equipment in the same condition. Any damage, loss, or theft during the hire period is the hirer's responsibility and will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
5. Fuel Policy
Petrol and diesel-powered equipment is provided with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full fuel tank. A refuelling charge applies if equipment is returned with less than a full tank.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before hire commencement: full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% of hire charge applies. No-shows on the day: full hire charge applies.
7. Licences & Qualifications
The hirer is responsible for ensuring they hold all required licences, qualifications, and permits for the operation of hired equipment. JAG RENT accepts no liability for operation by unlicensed individuals.
8. Safety
All equipment must be operated in accordance with Australian safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. JAG RENT provides safety briefings on request. The hirer assumes full responsibility for safe operation during the hire period.
9. Liability
JAG RENT's liability is limited to the cost of the hire. We accept no liability for consequential losses arising from equipment failure, delay, or unavailability. All equipment is inspected and maintained to industry standards.
