How do I hire equipment from JAG RENT?

Browse our equipment online, select your dates and book. You can pick up from our yard at 34 Eltons Road Silverdale NSW or arrange delivery within 50km for free (until 18 May 2026). Call 1300 163 015 to book over the phone.

What do I need to hire equipment?

You need valid photo ID (driver licence) and a credit card for the bond. For larger equipment like boom lifts and excavators, you may need specific operator licences. Trade account holders are invoiced on 30-day terms after credit approval.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Free delivery within 50km of Silverdale NSW 2752 until 18 May 2026. Standard zones include Silverdale, Warragamba, Camden, Penrith, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and surrounding areas. Beyond 50km a fee of $5 per km return applies. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 4pm.

How does trade account pricing work?

Trade customers get custom pricing tiers with up to 40% off standard rates. Apply by calling 1300 163 015 or via the Trade Accounts page. Once approved, your discount is automatically applied site-wide when you log in and also at the counter in our yard.

Can I extend my hire?

Yes. Call 1300 163 015 at least 2 hours before the end of your current hire. Most extensions are approved over the phone subject to equipment availability.

What happens if equipment breaks down?

Call us immediately on 1300 163 015. We will either replace the equipment, repair it on site, or refund the unused portion of your hire. Our equipment is inspected and tested before every hire to minimise breakdowns.

Do you offer weekend hires?

Yes. Weekend rates are available across all equipment. Book online for Friday afternoon pickup and Monday morning return. Weekend rates are typically cheaper per day than weekday rates.

How do I get a quote for a large project?

Call 1300 163 015 or email info@jagrent.com.au with your project details. We will put together a tailored package including bundle discounts, extended hire rates, and delivery costs. Trade accounts receive custom quotes based on project volume.

Where is JAG RENT located?

Our yard is at 34 Eltons Road, Silverdale NSW 2752. Open Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 12pm. Free on-site parking.

Do you offer damage waiver?

A damage waiver is available for an additional fee. Without it, you are responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear, and a security bond is held via cash or card pre-authorisation through PIN Payments.
