Delivery and Pickup Policy

Free Local Delivery

JAG RENT offers free delivery within 50km of Silverdale NSW 2752 until 18 May 2026. Standard delivery zones include but are not limited to: Silverdale, Warragamba, Wallacia, The Oaks, Camden, Picton, Tahmoor, Bargo, Mulgoa, Penrith, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and surrounding suburbs.

Delivery Beyond 50km

For deliveries outside the 50km free delivery zone, a delivery fee of $5 per km return applies. Quotes available on request. Call 1300 524 736.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 4:00 PM (subject to availability). Sunday and after-hours delivery available by arrangement at an additional fee.

Pickup From Our Yard

You're welcome to collect equipment directly from our yard at 34 Eltons Road, Silverdale NSW 2752. Same-day pickup available for in-stock items. We recommend calling ahead on 1300 524 736 to confirm availability and reduce wait time.

Vehicle and Trailer Requirements

If you are collecting larger equipment (excavators, scissor lifts, tipper trucks, etc), please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle and licence. Some equipment requires a trailer with brakes. Let us know what you are towing with so we can help you plan.

Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed end-of-hire time. Late returns may incur an additional day's hire fee. If you need to extend your hire, please call us at least 2 hours before the end of your current booking. Most extensions can be approved over the phone.

Damage in Transit

If equipment is damaged during delivery by JAG RENT, the damage will be repaired at our cost and you will not be charged. If equipment is damaged while in your possession, the cost of repair (or replacement if irreparable) will be charged in line with our Hire Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
